Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
All sales made through Bottle Shop are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that we do not offer returns, refunds, or order cancellations under any circumstances.
No Returns
We do not accept returns for any products, whether opened or unopened. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
No Refunds
We do not issue refunds once an order is placed. Payment is processed immediately and in full at the time of purchase.
No Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they are submitted. Any request to change or cancel an order will be declined.
Defective or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns or refunds, if you receive a product that is wrong or damaged, please contact Customer Service within 3 days of delivery at support@onnosbar.com or +1-800-123-4567. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or credit for defects confirmed to be our error.
Order Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us violates this policy and may result in account suspension. Please reach out to Customer Service to resolve any issues before disputing a charge.
Your Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping addresses, product specifications, and quantities are correct before checkout. We disclaim liability for errors resulting from incorrect information provided at purchase.
