   These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Bottle Shop (www.btlshop.com.do) and any purchase you make through our website. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Security Policy, Delivery Policy, and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Use of the Website
   You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the website in any way that may damage, disable, or impair its functionality or interfere with any other party’s use.

3. Products and Pricing
   All prices are listed in Dominican Pesos (DOP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Bottle Shop reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability. Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Order Acceptance
   Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion. An order confirmation does not signify final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment Terms
   Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All payments are securely processed through Azul, our authorized third-party payment processor. Bottle Shop does not store your full credit card information on our servers.

6. Delivery
   We strive to deliver orders at the date and time selected during checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. In the event we cannot meet the selected delivery time, we will notify you promptly to arrange an alternative.

7. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
   All sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow order cancellations, except in cases of defective or incorrect products, subject to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
   Bottle Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or the products purchased through it. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

9. User Responsibilities
   You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the ordering process. You must not create false accounts, submit fraudulent information, or violate any laws while using this website.

10. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Dominican Republic.

    Bottle Shop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
